Pacchetto danneggiato
Se il pacco è danneggiato e mancano delle merci, contatta il corriere entro 5 giorni o il fornitore del servizio pacchi entro 3 giorni per segnalare il danno. Si prega di rispettare questo termine, altrimenti non vi sarà alcuna rivendicazione di responsabilità nei confronti del corriere o Maniküre • Pediküre • Fusspflege.
Affinché il processo possa essere adeguatamente documentato da un dipendente, ti preghiamo di portare il pacco così come lo hai ricevuto al corriere. Vi preghiamo di inviarci il rapporto sui danni da trasporto.
