Il nous faut 2 à 4 jours ouvrables pour que votre colis soit prêt à être expédié. Après l’avoir remise au prestataire de services de colis, votre commande vous sera livrée dans un délai d’environ 2 à 9 jours ouvrables.
Il n’est actuellement pas possible de livrer le colis à la date souhaitée. Si vous ne parvenez pas à recevoir votre commande à temps (par exemple en raison de vacances), veuillez nous contacter dès que possible pour soit modifier la commande en expédition express et/ou la faire livrer à une adresse de livraison différente, soit l’annuler. Veuillez toutefois noter que cela n’est possible que tant que votre commande n’a pas encore quitté notre entrepôt.

Colis endommagé
Si votre colis est endommagé et que des marchandises sont manquantes, veuillez contacter votre livreur dans les 5 jours ou le prestataire de services de colis dans les 3 jours pour signaler les dommages. Veuillez respecter ce délai, faute de quoi il n’y aura aucune action en responsabilité contre le livreur ou Maniküre • Pediküre • Fusspflege.
Afin que le processus puisse être correctement documenté par un employé, veuillez apporter le colis tel que vous l’avez reçu au livreur. Veuillez nous envoyer le rapport sur les dommages dus au transport.
