Return policy
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your products. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
All products must be new and unused. Used and/or consumed products, even partially, will not be refunded.
We only accept returned products that are in original condition and packaging.
In addition to the products, please send us your invoice indicating that this is a refund request and the reason for this. If you can’t find your invoice, simply reprint it by going to your “User Account” section and accessing “Your Order History and Details.” You can then download your invoice by clicking on the number of the relevant order.

You must send your package to the following address:

Exchanges are not possible, if you want a different color or product, you must first return the product for a refund of the purchase price and then place a new order.
We cannot be held responsible if you accidentally return products to us.
If we receive your products in poor condition or after the 14 day period, we reserve the right not to issue you a refund.
Please always request proof of postage for your package. You are responsible for the package until it arrives at our warehouse, if it is lost we can trace it.

Exchange product
We do not currently offer exchanges on products.
If you would like to exchange a product, please return it to us and we will refund you the purchase price. You can then place a new order for the desired product.
Return is not processed correctly
If your return has not been processed properly and/or the amount to be refunded is incorrect, please contact us so that we can check and correct this immediately.
Please send us an email listing your order number, the tracking number for the returned package, and the references of the products that were in the package.
Product guarantee
We offer a 2-year guarantee on all of our electrical products.
If your product is no longer functional and you are still entitled to warranty, we will exchange it. To do this, please contact us in advance via email and tell us your order number, your full name and address, as well as the references of your product and a description of the error.
Package sent but no refund given
You are responsible for your package until it arrives at our shipping warehouses. Please send us the tracking number so that we can track it.
Once you send the package, please wait 14 working days (not including weekends and holidays).
If you still have not received a response from us after these 14 working days, we ask that you check the tracking of the package to make sure it has been delivered to us. If this is not the case, you can contact the chosen transport company.
If your package has been delivered, you can contact us by providing us with your order number and proof of delivery.
