The service and maintenance contract includes an unscheduled repair and maintenance every 6 months. When you sign this contract, we will insure your device with a reputable insurance company so that all costs incurred are covered for 3 years.
A service and maintenance contract can be signed for all electrical devices.
Service and maintenance process
Device maintenance is carried out every 6 months by us and/or the manufacturer
The device is picked up from your location (you will be informed 10 days in advance)
In the event of an unscheduled repair, you can request collection via the login on our website
We will provide you with a new replacement device for the duration of the service and maintenance work
After the maintenance work has been completed, we will return your device to you
When the device is handed over, the delivery person will take the replacement device provided to you with them
No costs for you for a service repair and/or maintenance
No costs for delivery and collection of the device
