Desired delivery date
We need 2 to 4 working days until your package is ready for dispatch. After handing it over to the parcel service provider, your order will be delivered to you within approx. 2 to 9 working days.
It is currently not possible to deliver the package on a desired date. If you are unable to receive your order on time (e.g. due to vacation), please contact us as soon as possible to either change the order to express shipping and/or have it delivered to a different delivery address or cancel it. Please note, however, that this is only possible as long as your order has not yet left our warehouse.

Package damaged
If your package is damaged and goods are missing, please contact your delivery person within 5 days or the parcel service provider within 3 days to report the damage. Please adhere to this deadline, otherwise there will be no liability claim against the delivery person or Maniküre • Pediküre • Fusspflege.
So that the process can be properly documented by an employee, please bring the package as you received it to the delivery person. Please send us the transport damage report.
